UNSTOPPABLE PER.SE.VER.ANCE 2025
Let's be honest. Entrepreneurship isn't always glamorous.
In 2025, Unstoppable focused on one of the most important traits of entrepreneurship: per.se.ver.ance. The day began with our “per.se.ver.ance. to Start Panel” where CCC members shared how the membership has benefited their businesses. Attendees gained practical tools to grow their businesses through our first-ever conference breakout sessions, “Mission & Messaging” and “Scaling Through SEO.” The conference concluded with the “Unstoppable per.se.ver.ance. Panel,” where speakers shared real stories of resilience, growth, and overcoming challenges. Business Ready Row returned, providing opportunities to connect with entrepreneurs, discover resources, and support local businesses. We were reminded that success has obstacles, but together we can persevere and pivot in our business.
Intentionally Unstoppable 2024
Success happens when you are Intentional
After exploring legacy, our community wanted to know how to get there with greater clarity and purpose. In 2024, Unstoppable challenged attendees to become Intentionally Unstoppable by making deliberate decisions about their goals, resources, and relationships. The conference featured the On An Intentional Mission Panel, the return of our signature B.A.I.L. Panel, and the official launch of Business Ready Row. This interactive marketplace connected attendees with entrepreneurs, service providers, and business resources while creating opportunities to shop, network, and build valuable partnerships. The result was a day centered on intentional growth, meaningful connections, and purposeful action.
My Unstoppable Legacy 2023
What are you building that will outlive you?
In 2023, Unstoppable introduced its first official conference theme: “My Unstoppable Legacy.” We challenged women to think beyond the next sale or milestone and focus on the impact they were creating through their businesses, families, and communities. The day featured a powerful “Legacy Chat Panel,” meaningful conversations around building lasting influence, and the debut of our signature “B.A.I.L. Panel” connecting attendees with Banking, Accounting, Insurance, and Legal professionals. We also welcomed a Mindful Moment led by H&L Wellness and provided opportunities to connect with local businesses and entrepreneurs through our growing vendor experience.

Unstoppable Retreat 2022
This year was all about creating spaces for connection.
We kicked off the weekend with Alexis Rogers and our Empowerment Celebration at the Skyline Club. On Saturday, we spent the day learning from our Founders' MasterClass and building our legacy with our incredible Legacy Chat. New friendships were formed, collaborations were sparked, and women walked away with fresh ideas, new resources, and a few Business Besties.
Unstoppable Retreat 2021
After spending so much time apart, gathering together felt a little extra magical.
At Bottleworks, attendees were welcomed with a mixer, sound bath, massages, incredible local food, and meaningful conversations with fellow entrepreneurs and power partners. It was a weekend filled with connection, restoration, and a reminder that business is better when you have women in your corner cheering you on.
Retreat: 2020 Wins & Lessons

When the world shut down, Create. Connect. Collab. created a safe space for our community to learn, grow, and show up virtually! We delivered gift boxes filled with goodies straight to attendees' doorsteps and brought more than 60 women together virtually. As we reflected on our 20/20 vision, we celebrated wins, shared lessons, and discovered that even in the middle of uncertainty, unstoppable women always find a way forward.
Retreat 2019
What can you create with a little over $1,000, a big vision, and a room full of ambitious women? The very first Unstoppable Retreat.
We gathered in an Airbnb for an unforgettable 3-Day weekend of vision boards, goal setting, good food, meaningful gifts, and even better conversations. We laughed, dreamed big, and rolled up our sleeves for a dedicated working day because at CCC, we know the best ideas happen when women come together and actually make ish happen!
